Our school is pumped to join thousands of others to participate in the Kids Heart Challenge. This is an all-new program from the American Heart Association – they’ve supported schools like ours for more than 40 years! Last year, we jumped rope for hearts. This year, in addition to JUMPING ROPE, we’ll have other fun activities like HOOPS, HEART CHALLENGE, and FITNESS WAR to help those with special hearts.

Here’s the deal, I need your support to make my efforts really matter! The American Heart Association is working to help kids and families live heart-healthy lives. These events engage elementary and middle school students with jumping rope or playing basketball while empowering them to improve their health and help other kids with heart-health issues. And that's why I'm leading this event and raising money – to help kids develop healthy habits early in life that will bring lifelong benefits.

My personal fundraising goal is $1,500.00 and I can reach it with your help. Just visit my online fundraising website listed below to make a donation. Any amount you feel comfortable giving is deeply appreciated. Like I tell my students – every donation, big or small, makes a difference! With your support, we can make a positive impact today as we strive to teach kids the importance of staying active and eating healthy.

Yours in health,
Mr. Raya

P.S. Please forward this email to as many people as possible and encourage them to donate too!
